RedeTV!
2:Break The Silence
Every 2 minutes, a woman is assaulted in Brazil.
Within RedeTV! programming, we created a new media format with as high a frequency as the reports of violence themselves. Showing violence against women in real-time: every 2 minutes to encourage more and more women to report their cases, ending the cycle of violence.
We brought together 720 different women: black, white, Asian, young, elderly, disabled, trans, rich, and poor in a photo session representing the total number of assaults per day, based on actual reports.
"A unique piece excellently crafted where the sound and visuals strike every beat of your heart, portraying in a very subtle yet bold way a very alarming problem, violence that every woman can face."
"The execution of this project is extremely conceptual and goes far beyond what we are used to seeing and hearing in advertising projects."
